14-day returns and exchanges

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return or a size exchange, no questions asked.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@sobusiness67.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return or exchange. We will send you the return address and instructions. Please ship the item(s) back within 14 days of contacting us.

Conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Items that show signs of wear beyond what is needed to try them on may receive a reduced refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive your return (or proof that you shipped it), we refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Tell us the size you need when you contact us, and we will send you the new size once your return is on its way.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us at contact@sobusiness67.com as soon as possible with a photo of the problem. We will replace or refund it, and return shipping is on us.
